O2 Himalaya Refund Policy

At O2 Himalaya, we take pride in providing high-quality portable oxygen cans to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes unforeseen issues may arise, and we want to ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience. While we do not have a refund or return policy for our products, we do offer compensation in the event that a product is received in a damaged condition.

Damaged Product Compensation Procedure:

  1. Notification Period: If you receive a damaged O2 Himalaya portable oxygen can, we require you to notify us within 12 hours of receiving the product. You must send clear pictures of the damaged product to our customer support email at help@o2himalaya.in.
  1. Photographic Evidence: In your email, please attach clear, well-lit photographs that clearly depict the extent of the damage to the product. This evidence is essential for us to process your compensation request.
  1. Subject Line: In the subject line of your email, please include "Damaged Product Compensation Request."
  1. Content of the Email: In the body of the email, provide the following information: 
  •   Your order number
  •   Your full name
  •   A brief description of the damage
  •   Contact information for easy communication (phone number)
  1. Evaluation: Once we receive your email with the required photographic evidence and details, our team will evaluate the extent of the damage.
  1. Compensation: If the damage is confirmed and the notification is made within the 12-hour window, we will send you a replacement can of the same product. We are committed to ensuring that you receive a high-quality product in good condition.

Important Note : Compensation requests made after the 12-hour notification period will not be accepted. O2 Himalaya does not offer refunds or returns for any other reason, including change of mind or any other kind of return request. We exclusively provide compensation for damaged products upon delivery.
